The “General” tab is used for general information about the Album such as the Artist, and Media.
The “artist” field may be modified using the buttons located to the right of the entry area:
- Swap position of comma
- Auto-capitalize
- Select from the list of artists
The “album” field may be modified using the buttons located to the right of the entry area:
- Swap artist and title
- Auto-capitalize
The contents of the media and category fields may be selected from the appropriate dictionaries by pressing the button located to the right of the entry area.
The “Songs” tab is used to list the songs on this album, and perform a number of editing functions relating to them.
- The move up/down buttons may be used to change the track number order.
- Add/Copy/Edit/Delete modify the list. See Editing Songs for details.
- Read CD Information will use the currently inserted CD to determine track times.
- Cascade will copy selected information such as the media type and file number from the Album to each of the Songs.
The “Notes” tab allows you to enter up to 4096 characters of detailed notes for this album. Special features are:
- Press the “down arrow” button in the lower right-hand corner to attempt retrieval of an album review and cover art from AMG based on the album name
- Directly enter the AMG review URL for the album in the notes field (eg. http://www.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p=amg&sql=A3sw67uw0h0jk ), then press the “down arrow” button in the lower right-hand corner to retrieve the album review and cover art.

The “Associated Files” tab is used to associate a sound and/or image file with the album. The name and folder of each file may be entered manually, or selected by using the button located to the right of the entry area. Additional buttons to the right of the sound file field allow you to playback the sound file.
The “Other” tab is used for recording, performance, value, and other miscellaneous information.
The “Custom Details” tab allows you to enter any other information about the album, and label it.
