Passwords Max is distributed on a shareware basis.
The shareware version has the following restrictions and terms:
· It may be installed and used for a period of up to 30 days. At the end of the 30 day trial period you must either uninstall it, or purchase it.
· It may be freely distributed in it's original archival form, with no modifications. Any modifications or programs used to circumvent the 30 day limitation are expressly forbidden.
The registered version has the following restrictions and terms:
· It may not be distributed except by Author Direct and authorized agents.
· For each license fee paid, it may be used by one individual on one system. Use on additional systems or by additional individuals requires additional payment.
· A backup copy may be made for the sole use by the licensed user. Copies may not be made or used by individuals who have not purchased the appropriate license.
This software is supplied "as is". The author disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, of fitness for any purpose. The author assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of this software.
Use of this product for any period of time constitutes your acceptance of this agreement and subjects you to its contents. If you don't agree to abide by this, uninstall this software immediately.
