The Application Explorer (Automation Edition) allows you to view a list of window titles and contained text for all active applications.
- REFRESH: Refresh the list of active windows/controls.
- LOG: The list may be saved to a text file.
- HIDE/SHOW/SET WINDOW STATE: A selected window may be hidden, shown, minimized, maximized, or restored.
- SEND: Key presses or mouse clicks may be sent to a selected window or control.
- FIND: Locates the currently highlighted window or control, brings it into focus, and moves the mouse to the center of it.
- MOUSE OVER: Shows location of mouse, and application/control details under that location.
- SHRINK TO MINIMUM SIZE: Smaller format that just shows the “Mouse Over” information, and sets Application Explorer to “Stay On Top” mode.
The data given for each window or control that the mouse is over is:
- Text/title
- Class
- Location: (Left, Top, Right, Bottom)
- Size: (Client Width/Window Width, Client Height/Window Height)
